Need more Depth?

Using a set of LED headlight bulbs or something similar, and your stock plastic housing caps wont fit anymore? These are probably exactly what you need. In fact, they come standard with the Morimoto 2Stroke LED Headlight bulbs, but we received so many requests for them, they are now available separately.

Sizing:

These caps are 60mm in diameter at the flange, which is just about 2.33 inches – making them big enough to fit around the heat sinks on most if not all aftermarket LED bulbs on the market.

To Install:

Simply use a hole-saw or dremel tool to bore the right size hole into the back of your plastic housing cap. Compress the rubber flange into the hole, and then let the double-flanged design do the rest. Very easy and effective, really!

Durable:

Made of durable black rubber, they wont harden or crack over time through from hot and cold temperature changes. Thick dual-flanges works to keep them fit snugly to the backside of the housing.

What else?

Well…that’s about it. They’re rubber, they’re housing caps, they keep crud out of your custom headlights. If you have a gap, you probably should order them. That’s all!

Assurance:

We have been doing this for more than a decade. If you are still unsure of what to do, where to go, or just plain have questions, don’t be shy. We are always here to help you in every way that we can and will continue to keep helping out until you fully understand the entire process from start to finish. Remember, we are people too, and everyone starts off the same way with knowing nothing so we completely understand if this is overwhelming for you as we were in the same boat. So contact us and we will get you started towards the right path.
